ALL SALES are FINAL on Designs.  Please make sure you have selected the correct Size , Item , Color , Top Style and Design Style you would like to be created and or ordered. 

Returns are permitted due to the error of the Seller.

Return and exchange shipping is paid for by the customer.

If it is a simple return with no exchange, once the item is received a full refund will be credited to the customer's account.

For exchanges, once we receive the item that is to be replaced, the new item will ship within our normal processing time of 5-7 business days.

Once items are placed into production the allocated time for production is between 7-21 business days for individual orders. Group orders 14-21 business days. Upon completion, your order typically ship within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority mail in which you will received tracking information via email.

Please note that while we will definitely do what we can to help locate your item if it hasn't been received, we are not financially responsible for lost/stolen packages once the package has been marked as delivered by the mail courier. Be sure to double check the mailing address for accuracy. Also check with your local post office/apartment complex office as well.
