Returns are permitted due to the error of the Seller. Return and exchange shipping is paid for by the customer. Unfortunately, due to the COVID 19 pandemic, no exchanges are commencing at this time until further notice. If it is a simple return with no exchange, once the item is received a full refund will be credited to the customer's account. For exchanges, once we receive the item that is to be replaced, the new item will ship within our normal processing time of 5-7 business days.

Production time is estimated to take up to 20-25 business days ( Holidays and Weekends do not count in the days) to be completed.
