PLACING ORDERS


You can order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All credit card information is protected by a secure server. Finer Mall of SophiZticated Apparel and Design accepts all major credit cards i.e. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa; along with PayPal , Sezzle and Afterpay. At this time, Finer Mall ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Finer Mall ships merchandise to all military address (APO, FPO), but not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
PLEASE NOTE with Pre-Order items, any other items made with the order will be shipped out with the Pre order item that was ordered.




ORDER TRACKING


To track your package, check your email box for the tracking number from WIX, USPS or Paypal. Please also check your spam box as well. Email: sophiZticatedappareldesign.com and request a tracking number if you did not receive one. You can track your merchandise vis USPS.com.




PRODUCTION and SHIPPING


Once items are placed into production the allocated time for production is between 7-21 business days for individual orders. Group orders 14-21 business days. Upon completion of your order, your order typically ship within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority mail in which you will received tracking information via email. For Expedited and RUSH order processing, please contact Seller for more details via email or chat.

Please note that while we will definitely do what we can to help locate your item if it hasn't been received, we are not financially responsible for lost/stolen packages once the package has been marked as delivered by the mail courier. Be sure to double check the mailing address for accuracy. Also check with your local post office/apartment complex office as well. **Shipping Disclaimer: FinerMall.com is not responsible for any timing delays once the package is turned over to USPS, or the applicable delivery service. Any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but "not received" by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and your local post office or carrier. Please contact them directly for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning at USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises




TERMS and CONDITIONS - Return and Refund Policy


ALL SALES are FINAL on Designs. Please make sure you have selected the correct Size , Item , Color , Top Style and Design Style you would like to be created and or ordered. Returns are permitted due to the error of the Seller. Return and exchange shipping is paid for by the customer. Unfortuately due to the COVID 19 pandemic, no exchanges are commencing at this time until further notice. If it is a simple return with no exchange, once the item is received a full refund will be credited to the customer's account. For exchanges, once we receive the item that is to be replaced, the new item will ship within our normal processing time of 5-7 business days.
