Order window is open for 7 days 1/16/2023 - 2/3/2023 then production time starts .
Item will go into production once order window has closed. Production time estimated to take up to 3-4 weeksto be completed. Then it will ship to me.( pertains to pre-orders only) .
PLEASE NOTE this is Holiday season and shipping delays do occur.
Once I receive them, it will take 3-5 Business days to package and to be picked up or dropped at USPS or UPS.
You will receive an email notification via Paypal, Shippo, Shipstation, or WIX with the tracking number once your order has been completed for shipment. I process orders by the date they were remitted.
IF YOU ORDER additional items with your pre-order, those items will ship with your pre-order items(s). IF you want items that are NOT pre order to be sent prior, PLEASE place a separate order.

This item is shipping out 1st Class Package and/or Priority Mail.
Please note that USPS packages are not also scanned at initial drop off location.

ALL SALES are FINAL on Designs. Please make sure you have selected the correct Size , Item , Color , Top Style and Design Style you would like to be created and or ordered.
Returns are permitted due to the error of the Seller.
Return and exchange shipping is paid for by the customer.
If it is a simple return with no exchange, once the item is received a full refund will be credited to the customer's account.
For exchanges, once we receive the item that is to be replaced, the new item will ship within our normal processing time of 5-7 business days.
Once items are placed into production the allocated time for production is between 7-21 business days for individual orders. Group orders 14-21 business days. Upon completion, your order typically ship within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority mail in which you will received tracking information via email.

Please note that while we will definitely do what we can to help locate your item if it hasn't been received, we are not financially responsible for lost/stolen packages once the package has been marked as delivered by the mail courier.
